We run A&D Aesthetics out of our tranquil, cosy clinic based in the heart of Heath, Cardiff.
We are Debby and Amlyn, a married doctor and nurse duo living in Cardiff with our two wild children! We are proud to be a family run business; we know how important it is to trust not only what you put in your face, but the people you put in charge of your face! That’s why we’ll only ever use top quality products that are safe and trusted in the world of aesthetics.
Why did we get into aesthetics? Well, after having our second child, Debby felt she had aged rapidly and lost her glow - something we hear often . This inspired us to branch out in aesthetics and we quickly developed a passion for making people feel as good as we did. We absolutely love helping clients feel great and giving them more confidence in their own skin.
We pride ourselves on being professional, safe, honest and giving our clients a natural, subtle look with a price point to match. Whilst we really do believe that you shouldn't scrimp when it comes to aesthetics (good quality ingredients don't and won't ever come cheap) we set our prices to be fair and competitive - you should never be priced out of feeling great!
Amlyn Griffiths - GP and Aesthetician Doctor
Amlyn (Dr Griffiths) is a GP with over 11 years in medicine. His first language is Welsh and he grew up on a dairy farm in west Wales, so naturally is a massive rugby fan as well as an avid gardener! He is the one you will see for botox consultations and is always at hand for pre or post treatment medical queries.
Debby Griffiths - NMC Nurse and Aesthetician
Debby is an NMC registered nurse from a seaside town in Dorset. She comes with over 12 years experience in intensive care and surgery, and will be the person treating you . Her extensive knowledge means she can tailor each treatment to your individual needs, which is the key to keeping it natural.

We are fully insured, registered healthcare professionals who will only ever provide treatments we are properly trained in. Not only that, we only use fully regulated products from recognised suppliers.
we tailor our advice to you
If we don’t think you need a certain treatment, or it’s not suitable, we will tell you! We will also not provide any treatments that we wouldn’t be happy to have ourselves.
our prices are fair
We offer tailored packages when combining treatments, but don't offer promotional prices for specific treatments. We do this to avoid swaying your decision - we want you to choose the treatment that's right for you, always.
we are discreet
Although we openly say we love having botox (especially Deb!), we understand some people don’t like to share that they have had any treatments. We will never discuss your treatment with anyone else or share your photos without your consent.
